All pricing includes set up and tear down. Set up is Thursday/Friday before event (unless otherwise specified). Tear down is Sunday-Tuesday after event (unless otherwise specified). Tents can not be rolled up wet so pick up dates can change due to weather. It is customers responsibility to have a one call performed before installation to ensure no underground utilities, be present when set up begins or have area clearly marked, and payment is due in full at set up. Customer is also responsible to have everything removed from tent area before tear down and all tables/chairs clean and free of any decorations.
